My 30 Day Challenge

"It only takes thirty days to change your life."

So I have been working on some significant goals this year. Still I decided to try the 30 Day Challenge prior to the new year myself. After-all, there's always more one can accomplish given the time and interest.

[Time can sometimes be an issue, but -- for me  -- interest never is. In fact, it's interest that gets me busy on something new that's good, but still off-track. But that's a discussion for another day.]

My 30 Day Challenge is about doing all those little things around the house that 'never get done.' This includes spring cleaning (I like to do it in November), sorting through some things that got displaced for another reason in August (and no longer have a home), decluttering and some home fixit projects. There's more than 30 day's worth -- but, hey, there's always another 30 days later!

I've committed 15 minutes per day for the month of November. Sure, it's not a lot, but even when I'm tired after a long day, I can still muster 15 minutes towards something that will get me closer to where I want to be. That's 30 units for the month or a total of 7.5 hours -- a decent amount of time to make progress.

There's still time for others to get in a practice run of goal setting and achievement before the new year -- who's with me?
